1. Software Usage Permissions
We're granting you a non-transferable license to use our performance management suite. This means you can track KPIs and manage goals, but you can't white-label or resell the technology. Why would you want to hack the system when it's built to build you up?
- Authorized access for your registered employees only.
- Fair usage policy applies to data exports and API calls.
2. Data & Privacy Integration
At Mammalix Solutions, we treat your employee performance data like it's our own. Secure and private. Our team implements 256-bit encryption for all data at rest. We'll never share your proprietary data with competitors. Ever.
Does our system store sensitive information? Only what you input. We adhere to UK GDPR standards and ensure all analytics reporting remains within your organizational silo.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Billed monthly or annually. We don't like surprises, so you won't get any. Cancellations require 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Late payments may result in restricted dashboard access until the account is settled.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we can't be held responsible for indirect losses or data mishaps caused by user or third-party provider errors. Performance tracking is a tool, not a crystal ball. Our liability is capped at the amount paid over the preceding 6 months.
